Answer If you have not received your account details within the 24 hours post order, you may drop us an email at info@w3hub.com with following information included: 1) domain name. 2) Your name, email address, phone, home/office address used when signing up for this account for verification purposes and we'll resend your welcome email.

Kindly note that we would only activate the account upon payment received.
