In order to transfer your website to W3HUB from your current hosting provider you will need to do the following:

1) Make a full backup of your site in your cPanel.
2) Go to W3HUB.com and signup an account with us.
3) Once your account is active, you will receive an activation email from us with all your account information.

Then you will need to upload the backup file into your home directory on the W3HUB server. In case your current hosting provider does not use cPanel on its servers you will need to create the archives of each part of your account (email, databases, and website) and upload to your home directory and after that the technicians will be able to assist you.
