Can I add addon domains without changing the DNS first?

Unfortunately you cannot do that. With the way cpanel is setup currently you would need to change the DNS first and then wait for few hours. After that you can create the addon domain in your cpanel.

In case you would like to keep current name servers of the domain please email to our technical department at support@w3hub.com and our technicians will add the desirable domain to your account. However we would advise you to change the name servers to ours in order to avoid any issues.
